One of SEGRO’s first moves in the Dutch market was the purchase of the 17-hectare De Hoek business park, also known as Schiphol-West. Under the name UNDERCOVERpark SEGRO is developing this top location into a friendly, green landscape park, ideal for companies in the logistics and security sector. If the client so desires, very high security levels can be provided. SEGRO Netherlands is also developing sites at the Botlek Distripark near Rotterdam and along the logistic axis in the south of the Netherlands.
